Wonder if it really works. We make breakfast sandwiches but have problems with them sliding apart. Take a bite and the egg comes sliding out. fitzie |

I make homemade "McMuffins" several times a week using my toaster oven and microwave. Breakfast in 3 mins: toast muffin, spray small round tupperware with cooking spray, crack in egg, pierce yolk with shell, add pinch of salt, microwave 1 min 10 seconds. Remove muffin from toaster, add egg, add slice of cheese, top with muffin top. But I know some people object to microwaved eggs. I find it fine for breakfast sandwiches. We eat these at least twice a week. If you had kids and didn't want to a) have them use the toaster oven or b) clean up exploded egg from the microwave, it might be a decent investment. --Lisa |

I need to tell him to spray the container he nukes the egg in, they stick like a son of a gun and the d/w won't clean them. Has to be done by hand. I'd buy this only if it could make up to 4 at a time. But for a single....I think it would be a neat thing for a university student or a young couple for the minimal investment. |

I kept looking for the disclaimer that says "this is a joke" and I was *just* thinking about the egg mcmuffin maker the other day, as was thinking if I see one I will get it. I'm thinking the teenage boys in my house (mine and whoever else is currently grazing in my kitchen) would find it useful. |
