Looks like it's always been there -- gorgeous. Congratulations on being a smart shopper! Did you have to upgrade your exhaust system?

Ivy, I haven't yet, and can probably put this off for a while. Given we're just about to enter off-season, I'm trying to watch my expenditures.

I don't mean to harp on how much I love my new range, but...

I'm making stock today, and have the pot on the "true simmer" burner. Other than needing to skim the scum, I've not needed to check it at all. This thing has been a steady simmer for the last three hours! What a nice change from the POS thing I used to have.
