I'm bumping up this thread, as I'm so in love with these..... http://www.williams-sonoma.com/products ... acet-_--_-But, egads! It may be cheaper to fly to France and buy them. Has anyone come across anything like this dinnerware in their travels? My old Corelle Spring Blossom is screaming to be retired..... Thanks, Karen

I hate to say this, because it sounds so pedestrian compare to W&S, but in color these look a lot like Fiesta Ware, which I use for everyday use because I love the colors and the fact that it's so easy (and cheap) to buy replacements.

I don't hate to say it. Looks like Fiestaware to me, too.

I think the colors are sublime! Softer and prettier (to my eye) than Fiesta which I grew up with and will always wonder what happened to them?

If you click on one of the plates and look at the orange one, that crackle is what has attracted me to this dinnerware. I am going to go and look at Fiestaware at Kohl's. Is it overly heavy???

I use Fiestaware for my "everyday" dishes. They are heavy, but not (in my opinion) overly so. It's durable, fairly attractive, and I like that they are made in West Virginia, where I used to live. You can find good deals fairly frequently at Macy's and Kohls.
Karen, too bad you aren't on the other side of Ohio or you would be close to their factory outlet in Newell, WV (near Pittsburgh). I've purchased a lot of serving pieces there.
