Darcie, right on. Anything you wanted to put a design on would be fair game. In all fairness, this is a smaller, electric version of a pretty popular pizza paddle called the Super Peel by Exo which works on a similar principle but manually powered.

Mary, yeah, the concept of it being handy at the doggy park occurred to me too, but I thought I'd skip the inference due to the nature of the forum, heh heh.

Terrible website, but indeed, it is like the superpeel. Pretty neat, didn't know about that one!

What about a really thin cookie and moving it onto the baking sheet? I think it looks like an automated bench knife.

Looks nifty to me. I will show it to my gadget mad cooking friends and they will buy it. Then I will get to play with it. :)
