... I emailed their tech support this Friday, and they got back to me on Easter Weekend.

Unfortunately, it looks like the probe on my old Thermoworks Alarm is bad*, and since that model hasn't been made in 8 years, I'll need to get a new one.

On the other hand, they gave me a 15% discount.

(the probe was registering 186F as room temperature)

Similarly, over the past 10 days my MOEN touchless faucet was losing the ability to maintain hot/cold mix. I emailed the company Good Friday afternoon and "Abigail" got back to me Sunday telling me that the part I needed was in the mail - no charge :!: :!: :D
