Hi All, Been away for a bit. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with any of these Heritage flours? Do they digest easier? Do they make superior baked goods? Where is a good source to obtain some products? I am looking to make some really good English muffins and just wondering if these flours really make a difference. I watched a utube video on making English muffins from The Model bakery and they look very good.
