i have to say if you've got blueberries the CI Blueberry Scones are outstanding. And frankly they are unlike anything out there that most coffee shops sell. In fact, once you make these you will never buy anohter coffee shop scone again. They are that good!!!!!! i don't know how to post recipes but if you can't get it maybe someone can post it. Truly amazing. And they freeze really well so you can make the whole recipe, bake half, and freeze half. Then pop one in the oven when the mood strikes and you've got a piping hot yummy, fruity filled, fresh scone like none other. Just don't overbake. |
