Ours is marked like yours, 3.5 to 3.8% is full milk.

Mostly I prefer the whole milk to the low-fat if I'm going to freeze. It just seems to add a little extra flavor protection if the muffins will be in the freezer for awhile, but I've made it both ways and it was fine.

I use Stonyfield whole milk or Nancy's whole milk yogurt. I've never seen whole milk yogurt that wasn't in the big container, but since we eat a lot of yogurt, that's not a big deal.

I made 2 batches of mocha chip, one of lemon poppyseed and 1 of blueberry. these muffins were a HUGE hit. thanks Jesbelle.

I baked 2 sheets side by side in my oven, rotating them once and they rose high and were very tender. kids loved them.

Glad they were a big hit. Next you should try CI's recipe for margaritas, then take a big nap. You deserve it.

Just woke up from a 2 hour nap. If I ever post about doing something like this again, please stop me!

You got your nicest mom in the world pin, you may now spend the rest of the summer sending your kids over to all those parents who owe you BIG TIME.

Good job.

Hey JesBelle,
How is the texture of your Anytime Muffins, with blueberries in them. My blueberry muffins seem to be coming out a little spongy lateley... I was wondering if it was because of the sour cream (CI recipe). I'm curious how the texture is with yogurt.
Thanks, Karen

Well, of course, the Anytime Muffins are a CI recipe as well. They always seem to turn out tender and moist for me.

I made 6 dozen of these a few weeks back, froze them all and popped them out and mixed em up in bags, so I can make a variety at once. I tried liners this time and they work fine in case anyone is curious. And the texture of the blueberry ones for me are not spongy at all. I might cut back on the amount of blueberries next time if using wild ones again instead of the commercial bigger blueberries.
