Tatoosh wrote: I checked out the Hodgson Mills website and I did not see a "Graham" flour in their product list. Is the flour known by a different name? Funny you should ask. I emailed them way back when, and asked the same question. The label used to specifically say "Graham Flour," but they stupidly changed it to "Whole Wheat Flour," with the subtext "Graham Flour Story On Back." Could it be more confusing? They say it's really graham flour, but they "don't want to confuse the customers," so they call it "whole wheat flour." Ingenious, huh? Also, the description on the product page in the lower right corner says: "We leave it up to nature for our Whole Wheat Graham Flour, adding nothing and taking nothing away. The entire natural bran and germ are stone ground, preserving all of the grain's natural nutrients and great taste, with no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives." |

Wow, I'm glad they cleared that up. Now it is totally clear what the product is. |
