BTW, enjoyed reading this article, partly because Kenji writes so well, not to mention it'll probably get me to make pie (crust) this summer!

Many times these are time limited and expire after x amount of time. Wonder if this is so for Kenji, or if CK has to be deceased (not to be morbid or wish it upon him), just thinkin'.

NDAs (in my experience) do not expire, but NCs generally do after a certain number of years.

From my observation, if you are an employee, the NDA's seem generally to be for life. If you are some kind of outside contributor, or "more equal" business partner, rights may revert or at least be shared down the road.

thanks for the link Tim. For some reason when I go to the SE site I can't see the recipe, I skip from June 27 to July 6 i.e. No Knead to Lobster Rolls. Makes me wonder what else I'm missing!

I just made a cherry/rhubarb pie using Kenji's Easy Pie Crust....it looks good, but I won't know if it is flakey until dinner tonight.

The pie was requested by the host...he just returned from vacation in Michigan and the whole dinner is themed around cherries....I think you can have too much of a good thing, but I do hope flakey is the word of the evening!
I also made vanilla ice cream to serve with it.
