This truly sounds unappetizing to me, aka disgusting  but just thought I'd share because some of the comments actually give it a thumbs up. Anyone ever heard of this or tried this before? This is from the Queen of Butter, Paula Deen, although it does have a 50's sound to it.

I've heard of it, and also find it disgusting. Only Paula could put velveeta and choclate together adn profit from it.

I remember this recipe from a long time ago (pre-Paula). I am not sure if I actually ever ate it. What can't you do with Velveeta?

I think this recipe is from the 50's. I've heard of it but never tried it. Wonder what color it is. Yellow fudge?

Paula has been known to publish completely inedible recipes in the past.

That being said, there's cream cheese brownies; I suppose this is the same principle. The velveeta would be adding primarily oil and milk proteins, so it's not that farfetched. Just not at all appealing. What's wrong with butter?
