I have CI's Nov., 1999 recipe but am wondering if you have any other suggestions. These will be for eating not as decorations. Thanks!
P.S. No beans in these either, Frank!

Bill,
Per my Sweetie, dessert cook:
The KAF cookbook has a thin gingerbread cookie recipe. I have no idea how it compares to CI's. Alternately, if you make your gingerbread cookie dough into icebox cookies, you can slice them very thin and thus very crispy.
