Please post your favorites - any colour as long as the results TASTE wonderful.

All ingredients are welcomed, we don't object to anything other than bitter/sour. Eating ought to be enjoyable, not just tolerable :D

Mine are the sweet ones, for the most part - usually with some of the pineapple I almost always have, and some other fruits, and a few drops of coconut flavor. Something that I usually do is put a tb or so of chia seeds in the container, pulse it just enough to mix, then let it gel for about 5 min, then blend it thoroughly.

As for savory smoothies, I think of those more as "cold soups". I make a lot of those in the summer, gazpacho being my favorite.

I mix mine up a bit, but usually I put in about 1/4 orange, 1/4 apple, 1/3 banana, a couple of frozen strawberries, a handful of mixed berries and a scoop of plain, unsweetened yoghurt. I add a couple of ice cubes and a scoop of chocolate plant-based protein powder. If I have any left-over fruit or veggies I might sub in any of those.
