Post subject:  A starter chicken recipe!!!

Howdy, I would like to share an interesting starter recipe. I am crazy over chicken dishes. This is a mouth watering chicken starter dish and I tried it once. My hubby and kids loved it. So, I thought of sharing it here.

Check this out:
1) Take two cups of minced chicken and marinate the meat with ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, chopped coriander and green chilies, cardamom and cloves, powdered cinnamon, cumin seeds and allspice for about 3-4 hours.
2) Grind the above mixture to form a smooth thick paste. Knead it well and coat with roasted gram and egg. Refrigerate for another one hour.
3) Shape(finger shaped) the meat according to your wish before grilling. You can also bake it in an oven.
4) Brush the meat fingers with ghee while cooking.
5) Serve it hot with your favorite sauce. Also, garnish it with some herb seasonings, onion and lemon.
Here is your yummy starter.

Looking forward to other recipes. Thanks and have a nice time...

Welcome to the forum, Shelly!

I'm always open for Asian based recipes! I like the sound of it, but there are no amounts given for any of the spices.

Thank you, Chef and Dave, for your warm welcome.

Dave, thanks for your concern and letting me know that... I prefer spices according to my hubby's and kid's taste. They mostly love to have spicy food. If you want to know I can add the correct amount.

Also, share your recipes too. Have a nice time!!!
