| Post subject: | Fresh Shitakes |
My sister was given some logs that have produced a nice crop of shitake mushrooms. She has generously shared them with me. I have used dried before but very seldom have I used fresh (maybe some egg drop soup). Any ideas on what I can do with them? Thanks, Deb |
