I used to make a GREAT ginger snap, back in the 70s, but I haven't done so for years and can't remember what made the difference (the influence of the 60s, perhaps?).
Suggestions?
THANKS :D

The most popular (and most numerous!) cookie I have made at Christmas time for many years was my habanero gingersnap. I don't think that I have ever made them on July 1st! I know I've posted it before, but I'd have to search.

Lemon curd. The important thing is to have some lemon curd to dip them in.
