I am sorry to say that although I went to Delaware and had a great time and some great food, I didn't get a tamale recipe. It turns out that the MIL didn't know how to make them. Her sister, who recently passed was the family tamale expert. I am always sad to see family recipes disappear like that. I did get a great Mexican pork chop with tomato sauce recipe, so I am still calling it a win. So I guess I'll have to check out Bayless after all.
