So far we have used the sauce with salmon, chicken, shrimp, and I'm pretty sure we will try it on the side with scrambled eggs tomorrow morning after our workout - IT IS THAT GOOD :!:

BTW, using sieves is just for texture, obviously it does nothing for the taste. Essentially, it is quite simple: sweat some onions, add some curry and cream, simmer 5 minutes and run it through a blender ;)
