First of all, I apologize for being absent for so very long and then returning to ask a request a recipe. :( But I do need your assistance. My nephew is a vegetarian and is coming for Thanksgiving. I want to make that was published by a Fuzzy back on the CI community board. I made it one year and loved it. No bread, wild rice, pecans, and cranberries( I think). I don't recall anything else. I know I can wing it but would like the original recipe if possible. Also if anyone would like to recommend any vegetarian recipes that might fit in with Thanksgiving, would be welcome. Thanks , Stephanie

Here's a list of recipes from Treehugger -- I haven't tried any of them, but I've usually had pretty good luck with their recipes.

38 gourmet Thanksgiving recipes for vegans and vegetarians

At least, they might provide some inspiration.

Since the same Fuzzy from the old CI board is the owner/administrator/fearless leader of this board, you just may be in luck.

Hmmm. I wonder where that recipe was from. I'll poke some cookbooks and see if anything likely suggests itself.

Looks like it's a CI recipe. Wild rice pilaf with pecans and cranberries. Nov. 2002.
