Anyone have a recipe they'd recommend?

When we had our cooking class in France, the chef that taught the class brought us some he had made that was excellent. I just wrote him to see if he would mind sharing the recipe. If he sends it,a I will pass it on.

Mary,

I take it you never heard from your chef? I'm making it this weekend.

Oops, I did hear, not really a great recipe but here you go:

Hi Mary,
Pâté:
One part rabbit or duck
one part sausage meat, ground pork
one part chicken livers
One part cooked veggies, onion, leek, carrot
Add egg, seasonings and a little flour, test for flavor and consistency and bake.
Serve cold.
It is kind of like meatloaf.
Enjoy
Alex

Sorry, I forgot to post this.

Mary,

It's a fine recipe. Many chefs write this way. I know what he means...

Thank you!
