When we had our cooking class in France, the chef that taught the class brought us some he had made that was excellent. I just wrote him to see if he would mind sharing the recipe. If he sends it,a I will pass it on. Mary |

Oops, I did hear, not really a great recipe but here you go: Hi Mary, Pâté: One part rabbit or duck one part sausage meat, ground pork one part chicken livers One part cooked veggies, onion, leek, carrot Add egg, seasonings and a little flour, test for flavor and consistency and bake. Serve cold. It is kind of like meatloaf. Enjoy Alex Sorry, I forgot to post this. |
