I love Dorrie Greenspan's from Around My French Table. It has a bit of orange in it. Best ever.

I've heard lots of things good about that book. It seems odd it is in a french book, though.

Her explanation is that it is made in France and given a French twist. There are also Asian influenced recipes in the book. It is supposed to reflect modern French home cooking.
