got some yesterday at market. what should I do with it? It is a bit short of 4 oz.

4oz. Not much.

Toss it into some cooked pasta when you drain the pasta (so you don't overcook it). Add in some parm, butter, salt, and thin sliced salami.

Serve hot in a big bowl, with extra parm on the side.

And a big glass of your-favorite-wine.

I like watercress as part of a salad. You could mix it with Italian parsley and then do a champagne vinaigrette with toasted almonds and pecorino.

You could also use it (lightly dressed with a warm bacon dressing) as a bed for sauteed or grilled shrimp.

Watercress is very versatile. But, as Lou points out, you don't have a lot.

I put it into a salad. Was very good. It was 2$ for this small bag.
