I'm just finishing up a long jag of adding recipes to my Living Cookbook. Since I don't have a laptop, I have been printing them all out and putting them in a binder. The printer is a loaner and goes home on the 11th. What recipes do I absolutely NEED to add to the collection before then?

Hey Jes,
If you love chocolate like I do (and perhaps someone named Meryl... :D ) you'll love this pie:

Seems to freeze well too for some reason.

I love these:

For the ribs, I don't make the cherry cola glaze but this method, for me, produces great tender ribs. I'm sure they aren't as good as if they were done low and slow on a bbq, but we love these and they get raves all the time.

Thanks for making me go through my recipe box....found some that I've not made in a while that I need to revisit

I'm really bad about putting recipes I like in my recipe box, but here are a few I've added:

Chicken Pot Pie with Cream Cheese Crust
Spinach and Lentil Salad with Blue Cheese and Cherry Vinaigrette
Fennel, Apple and Gorgonzola Salad
Veal Chops with Carmelized Onions and Stilton Sauce
Vegetable-Stuffed Loin of Veal with Sweetbreads
Pasta with Sausage, Tomatoes and Mushrooms

Do you notice a stinky cheese theme?

Amy
