Hi,

Kenji takes on my favorite tapas dish on Serious Eats this morning. Spanish style roasted potatoes with homemade aioli. I am drooling with anticipation.

Whoa, Twilight Zone moment. My daughter just got back from Madrid where she went for an art class trip and was talking about all the wonderful food they had there, especially potatoes that were fried and spicy and had this amazing mayonnaise stuff on it and could I make it...
