Our week night meals are mostly either left overs or fish.

Mondays and Wednesdays are a second round of what ever we had for the weekend, Tuesdays are usually a fish. That is our normal shopping day and we like it fresh.

Thursdays are something from the freezer. Some weekend dinners give 2 sets of leftovers not one, or there was the night I left 10 porkchops on the floor instead of back in the freezer.

Fridays can be anything, a weekend type meal, more elaborate entree, a steak - how and where cooked is weather dependent. It may be a meal with intentional left overs, usually for the freezer. If I do Chinese it will be Friday, although the day is a holdover from when I worked.

 Virginia's menus always astound me. Other than fish, I always make enough for leftovers. Pete gets them for lunch during the week. We have no rhyme nor reason for what we cook & when. I wish I were more organized!
