I have a recipe for lamb meatballs that I got from Food & Wine that I love. It uses some creme fraiche, after cooking the meatballs, they get braised in a pomogranate (sp??) sauce. These are soooo yummy.
My question is, what size scoop could I use to get meatballs about one inch in diameter? Currently i just weigh, half, weigh, half, until I get 16 balls. Wayyyy too tedious. Seems like if I got a scoop a little larger than an inch I could save a lot of time.
