The first link explains the story, the second link simply goes to Amazon for the book (which does not have the recipe).

https://www.atlasobscura.com/articles/where-is-best-fried-chicken

https://www.amazon.ca/Barberton-Fried-Chicken-Original-American/dp/1467139726?tag=ca-skim1x167141-20

Does anyone have a recipe they'd share and/or has anyone been there and eaten this dish?? I realize a recipe is in the text but was hoping someone might have something that adds a little more meat to these bones...

(Sorry for that, couldn't resist.)

Cook's Country had a recipe for this in the une/July 2011 issue. Maybe someone has that issue?

I just googled the recipe-seems pretty straightforward to me.
