Hi all,

Has anyone used one of these dry bags for curing? You know what they say about things that look too good to be true, and these do. We just got a biltong box made for Asher on his birthday, and I don't think I am going to be able to get anyone to build me a curing box from a wine fridge anytime soon (although I have seen fairly simple plans that even we non-maker types should be able to follow). And, we will never have weather that cool and low humidity that you need for months at a time.

I'd love your feedback if anyone has tried them. If no one has, I might buy just one or two and try a pancetta and see how it comes out.

Thanks all,

--Lisa

No experience, but I see they have a community board http://www.drybagsteak.com/forum. It may prove to be very useful.
