Alina - That's very helpful because the recipe struck me as needing more sauce and I really thought it needed more morels. Since these are smoked and dried I will try to make this ahead of time to make sure the smoke is not overpowering and that the morels are tasteable (enough of them). I have 4.5 ounces dried so I should have more than enough for experimenting.

I will probably use pasta instead of rice as we are aiming for an Italian/Spanish theme: Andalusian gazpacho, home-made pizza, home-made pasta, etc. Italian and Spanish wines.

Gotta go - my winter wood for the fireplace is being delivered!!!!!!!!!

Mmmmmm....Regina is only a 6 hour drive from here. When should I plan to arrive? ;)

Thank you, I just spent 2 hours reading all the pizza variations, and discovered the stove-top method. I think DH will love it, I'll let him do the blowtorch part since my aim is not always the best. :roll:
