Virgin coconut oil?

Also, it's very important that the coconut oil be harvested by African swallows, not European ones. :twisted:

Note, the stuff I buy is not virgin oil

. It doesn't smoke in my westbend stir crazy popper. Interesting that the virgin one smokes. :lol:

I paid around $5 in bulk barn for a 750 ml jar, I think. Paid less when I found it at No Frills (not all of them, this was in a store with an excellent ethnic selection of items) and i think it was a couple of bucks.
