Disclosure - I love Anna Olson. She's funny, genuine and very nice in person. I've been lucky enough to take a couple of classes with her. She just started a new show up here, and I really like the format. Set like a baking class where you learn one skill/recipe and build on it. Nice to have a show that actually teaches you something about cooking.
